Lara are the best contractors I have ever done business with. Two words to describe them are transparency and urgency. They got a kitchen repair that other contractors told me would take 2 months done in two weeks. My wife and I felt like a priority and we had to keep up with them. The crews sent to our home worked until milestones were met each day and put in at least 8 full working hours. The finish was perfectly executed, and adjustments were easy to negotiate. If you are thinking about a project big or small, you should feel confident in choosing Leo's team for it (Lara Building Group). From initial contact, Leo was very communicative, offered valuable advice on areas that I had not considered, and then followed up after our meeting. Leo approaches projects the correct way, by working with the city to pull permits and ensures adherence to building codes. Everyone from his team was friendly, respectful of the property (cleaning up daily), and was extremely hard working. On the last day of our project, I even had Leo working up quotes on some follow-up jobs because of how great the experience was. Since everyone wants to know about pricing when looking into contractors, I will say that Lara's pricing is pretty much right in the middle of all of the quotes I recieved for the project. A nice blend of not being the cheapest (which is always worrisome) and not way overbidding to pad the profit margin.
